A symbolic ceremony is not legally binding. It is a personal, celebratory ceremony created around thecouple’s story, style and wishes.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Cafiero McCall Weddings does not provide:
civil ceremony services;
religious ceremony services;
legally binding marriage services;
registry office services;
embassy paperwork;
legal marriage paperwork;
immigration or nationality advice;
legal advice relating to marriage requirements.
Couples are responsible for arranging any legal marriage requirements separately in the country orjurisdiction of their choice.
Cafiero McCall Weddings is a wedding planning and event support business. We are not a travel agency,tour operator, airline, hotel, transport company or public tour provider.
Any guest experiences, accommodation guidance, transfer guidance, dining suggestions, cultural visits,boat experiences, wine tastings or local activities are arranged, recommended or coordinated onlywhere confirmed by private proposal.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, we do not sell package holidays, public tours, standardised travelservices, flights, accommodation-only stays or transport services.
Clients and guests remain responsible for their own travel documents, passports, visas, flights,insurance, accommodation decisions and personal travel arrangements unless a specific element hasbeen confirmed in writing as part of a proposal

These are starting prices only and are provided for guidance and lead qualification.
Final pricing depends on factors including guest count, venue, date, season, design requirements,supplier availability, transport, guest experience requirements, accommodation guidance, staffing,logistics and the level of planning support required.
A final investment figure will be confirmed only through a written private proposal and, whereapplicable, a signed client agreement.
Submitting an enquiry form, consultation request, email or message through this website does notcreate a booking or contract.
When you contact us, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, contact details,preferred wedding date or year, guest count, estimated budget and package interest where requested.

We reserve the right to decline enquiries where:
the budget is not aligned with our starting prices;
the requested service is outside our symbolic wedding planning model;
the requested date, location or service is unavailable;

we reasonably believe we are not the right planning partner for the event.
A booking is confirmed only when:
1.a written proposal or agreement has been issued by Cafiero McCall Weddings;
2.the client has accepted the proposal or signed the agreement;
3.any required deposit, retainer or first payment has been received in cleared funds; and
4.Cafiero McCall Weddings has confirmed the booking in writing.
Deposits, retainers, payment schedules, cancellation terms, postponement terms and refund rules willbe set out in the client’s written proposal or agreement.
Unless stated otherwise in the written agreement, no date, venue, supplier, activity, accommodation,transport, menu, styling item or guest experience is reserved or guaranteed until the relevant paymentand written confirmation have been completed.
Guest experiences are an important part of the Cafiero McCall Weddings brand, but they are notautomatically included in every wedding collection.
For the
Intimate Destination Wedding
and
Signature Destination Wedding
collections, guestexperiences are optional add-ons and are quoted separately.
For
Bespoke Luxury Wedding Experience
proposals, selected guest experiences may be includeddepending on guest count, season, supplier availability, transport, timing and the overall wedding vision.
Guest experiences may include, by proposal only:
welcome dinners or pizza nights;
Vesuvius wine tastings;
Amalfi Coast boat days;
Capri excursions;
Pompei and Herculaneum cultural visits;
Naples food experiences
farewell brunches;
other private experiences agreed in writing.
All guest experiences are subject to availability, supplier terms, weather, transport conditions, minimumnumbers, accessibility, safety requirements and written confirmation
Cafiero McCall Weddings may recommend, introduce, liaise with or coordinate third-party suppliers,including but not limited to venues, caterers, florists, photographers, videographers, musicians,celebrants, transport providers, accommodation providers, boat operators, guides, restaurants, hairand makeup artists and experience providers.
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, third-party suppliers are independent businesses and are notemployees, agents or subsidiaries of Cafiero McCall Weddings.
Supplier contracts, payments, deposits, cancellation terms, postponement terms, insurance, licencesand service standards may be governed by the supplier’s own terms and conditions.
Cafiero McCall Weddings is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, price changes,quality issues, non-performance or insolvency of third-party suppliers, except where liability cannot beexcluded by law.
We will use reasonable care when recommending or coordinating suppliers, but final supplier selectionand approval remains the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Weddings and guest experiences in Italy are affected by venue availability, supplier availability, weather,transport conditions, seasonal opening times, local restrictions, religious or public holidays, roadaccess, sea conditions, tourism levels and other external factors.
We may need to recommend alternative suppliers, dates, venues, timings, routes, menus, activities orarrangements where original preferences are unavailable or unsuitable.
Any material changes to a confirmed proposal will be discussed with the client and confirmed in writingwhere possible.
Clients are responsible for:
providing accurate information in a timely manner;
making decisions within agreed planning deadlines;
reviewing proposals, supplier options and budgets carefully;
paying invoices by the due date;
ensuring guests receive appropriate travel and event information;
arranging personal travel, passports, visas and insurance;
arranging any legal marriage requirements separately;
notifying us of accessibility needs, dietary requirements or medical considerations whererelevant;
behaving respectfully towards Cafiero McCall Weddings, suppliers, venues and guests.
Delays in providing information, decisions or payments may affect availability, pricing, supplier options,timelines and the final wedding experience.
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain suitable wedding insurance, travel insurance andcancellation insurance in their country of residence.
Insurance should be considered for risks including cancellation, postponement, illness, traveldisruption, lost deposits, supplier failure, adverse weather, personal belongings, medical needs andguest travel issues.
Cafiero McCall Weddings does not provide insurance advice. Clients should seek independent advicefrom an appropriate insurance provider
Cafiero McCall Weddings will not be responsible for delay, disruption, non-performance, additional costor cancellation caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Such events may include, but are not limited to:
severe weather;
natural disasters;
fire, flood or volcanic activity;
strikes, labour disputes or transport disruption;
road closures or traffic restrictions;
airline, ferry or rail disruption;
civil unrest, war or terrorism;
pandemic, epidemic or public health restrictions;
government action or legal restrictions;
supplier failure;
venue closure;
power failure or technical failure;
accidents or emergencies;
any other event outside our direct control.
Where such an event occurs, we will use reasonable efforts to support alternative arrangements wherepossible, subject to availability, supplier terms and any additional costs.
